LEGAL NOTICE
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They govern your access and use of this Site. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. Buy Product Boxes Ltd (trading as Bee Printers) reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
You are solely responsible for your use of Content in combination with any other images, graphics, text, or other materials you incorporate into your Products. You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party. By placing an order, you authorize Buy Product Boxes Ltd to produce the Products on your behalf.
CUSTOMER CONTENT
You are responsible for all Content that you send, upload, or otherwise transmit via the website. You agree not to use the website to upload any Content that is unlawful, indecent, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of Buy Product Boxes Ltd or any third party. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove any Content that violates the terms of service.
DESIGN FILES
Bee Printers provides design files at 72 DPI (low resolution). If you require high-resolution design files, please contact info@beeprinters.co.uk for a quote.
CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK
All artwork must be provided in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Buy Product Boxes Ltd is not responsible for color shifts during RGB to CMYK conversion or for blurred/pixelated prints resulting from low-quality customer-provided images.
PROOFING & MATCHING
All print jobs require customer approval of the final artwork and job specification sheet via email. Buy Product Boxes Ltd is not liable for errors (spelling, layout, or design) once the proof has been approved by the customer. We strongly recommend printing the proof at 100% scale to check positions and text before final approval.
COLOR ACCURACY
The accuracy of color reproductions is guaranteed to be within 90% of the final approved proof. We cannot guarantee a 100% match due to variations in printing processes and materials unless a hardcopy color match proof is ordered for an additional charge.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled prior to the printing stage; however, cancellation charges apply based on the production stage:

Stage 1 (Order placed/Design not started): A fee of £15 plus 5% of the total amount is deducted to cover payment processing and admin costs.

Stage 2 (Design in progress): A minimum of 20% of the total order amount is deducted.

Stage 3 (In Production): A minimum of 50% of the total order amount is deducted.

Stage 4 (Shipped): Orders cannot be cancelled.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In alignment with our Refunds & Returns Policy:

Customers have 120 days from the date of receiving their order to notify us of any defects or to initiate a return claim.

As all orders are custom-made, all sales are final. If we verify a manufacturing error, we will provide a free reprint.

In order to receive a reprint/replacement, customers must return (at their own expense) the received products within 10 days of the claim approval.
ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Buy Product Boxes Ltd offers several production speeds:

STANDARD: Usually ships within 12 to 15 business days after final proof approval.

PRIORITY: Guaranteed to ship within 8 business days after final proof approval.

EXPRESS: Guaranteed to ship within 6 business days after final proof approval.
Final proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM GMT; otherwise, one business day will be added to the timeline. Buy Product Boxes Ltd is not liable for delays caused by technical issues, weather, shipping company delays, or customs clearances.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For orders delivered within the UK, VAT and shipping are handled at checkout. For any international shipments outside the UK, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.
