Refunds & Returns Policy – Bee Printers (UK)
At Bee Printers (a trading name of Buy Product Boxes Ltd), we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. As we provide custom-printed products, please read our policy carefully regarding returns and refunds.
1. Return Window
Customers have 120 days from the date of receiving their order to notify us of any issues or to initiate a return claim. To start the process, please contact us via email at info@beeprinters.co.uk.
2. Product Condition
We only accept return claims for products that are in New condition. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as they were delivered.
3. Return Process & Shipping
To initiate a return, you must first email our support team for authorization.
Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Buy Product Boxes Ltd does not provide prepaid return labels. Customers must arrange the shipment to our UK facility at their own expense.
4. Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will process your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 days of the items being received at our office.
5. Refund Method
All refund-related communications will be handled via Email. The actual refund will be processed back to your original payment method (e.g., the credit card or bank account used at checkout).
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
Because our products are custom-made, the following rules apply:
Company’s Fault: If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, printing error, or shipping mistake caused by Buy Product Boxes Ltd, we will provide a free reprint of your order to correct the mistake.
Client’s Fault: If the error is on the customer’s side (e.g., typos, low-resolution images provided, or design errors approved by the client during the proofing stage), any reprint will be charged according to company policy. If a refund is requested in this scenario, setup fees and shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
